Terms of Service

Bindaas Chat is strictly for adults 18 years and older. By using the platform, you confirm you are at least 18, agree to our policies, and understand that hosts must explicitly accept each call request before any paid conversation starts.

Users must not share personal financial data, OTPs, fraud attempts, hateful content, harassment, impersonation, doxxing, or illegal service requests. The platform may suspend or ban accounts for policy violations.
